Product Introduction
Activity address: 3rd Floor, Gubei Civic Centre, 99 Fugui East Road, Changning District, Shanghai
Here, Teacher Zhao will personally guide you through professional Kunqu water-sleeve techniques and finger movements. Water sleeves are a distinctive feature of Kunqu opera. Performers use sleeve movements to express emotion. The orchid finger is an opera hand gesture, with the fingers slightly bent into the shape of an orchid.
The full experience lasts 60 minutes. Teacher Zhao will lead you through selected scenes from the Kunqu classic The Peony Pavilion, followed by finger exercises, water-sleeve interaction and eye-movement training. Immerse yourself in Kunqu opera and feel the unique charm of this traditional Chinese art form.
